The certification process requires attendance at a multi-day training conference and successfully passing a written examination to demonstrate the knowledge and understanding of the core foundational principles of our transformational processes. This includes the Leading From Your Strengths Profile, the Biblical foundation for unity in relationships and the interaction of these two foundational components in their expertise in Leading From Your Strengths.
